Bran Muffins with Fruit
CACFP: 1 muffin = 1 bread


Ingredients 6 servings 20 servings
Fruit ⅓ cup 1 cup



  • 1. Make Bran Muffin batter or thaw stored batter.
  • 2. Chop dried fruit of choice (apricots, dates, etc.) or wash fresh blueberries. Mix with batter.
  • 3. Spray muffin tins with non-stick vegetable oil spray.
  • 4. Fill muffin tins ⅔ full with batter.
  • 5. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
