CACFP: 1/4 cup = 1/2 fruit/vegetable, 1/2 meat

Ingredients:
Crushed Pineapple, canned - 3/4 cup
Cottage Cheese, low fat - 3/4 cup
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple.
2. Combine pineapple with cottage cheese.
