Cream Cheese with Pineapple Sandwiches
CACFP: ½ sandwich = 1 bread

Ingredients 6 servings 20 servings
Cream Cheese 1½ Tablespoos ½ cup
Crushed Pinheapple, canned 1½ Tablespoons ½ cup
Bread, regular slice 6 20

  • 1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  • 2. Mix cream cheese and pineapple together with a hand mixer.. Use reserved juice to thin cream cheese, if necessary. Cream cheese should be thin enough to spread easily on bread.
  • 3. Spread on bread, top with another slice of bread and cut into fourths. To make sandwiches look festive, remove crust and cut each sandwich into four triangles.
