1. Grease muffin pans (one muffin container per child) with cooking spray.
2. Grate cheese.
3. Mix all ingredients with hand mixer
4. Pour 1/4 cup of mixture into each muffin container.
5. Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Centers should be firm.
6. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Note: Egg Puff can be served on a toasted junior size hamburger bun, English muffin, or biscuit to resemble a fast food-type egg sandwich. You could substitute the bun, muffin, or biscuit for the toast in this menu.
