Finger Gelatin
CACFP: 1 serving = ½ fruit/vegetable


Ingredients 6 servings 20 servings
Grape Juice, 100% fruit 12 ounces 5 cups
Gelatin 2 Tablespoons 5 Tablespoons



  • 1. Dissolve gelatin in juice and boil, stirring occasionally.
  • 2. Pour gelatin into flat pan.
  • 3. Refrigerate overnight.
  • 4. Cut into equal portions and serve.

    Note: This is the only way gelatin can be a reimbursable food on the CACFP. Jello brand gelatin is not reimbursable even when made with fruit juice.
