French Green Beans
CACFP: 1/4 cup = 1/2 fruit/vegetable
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
Frozen Green Beans, French Style - 8 ounces
Minced Dry Onion - 2 teaspoons
Spice Mix - 1 teaspoon
Chicken Bouillon Cube - 1
Hot Water - 1 cup
Directions:
1. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water.
2. Add spices, onion, and frozen green beans.
3. Cook until tender, using package directions.
4. Drain and serve.
