French Green Beans
CACFP: ¼ cup = ½ fruit/vegetable


Ingredients 6 servings 20 servings
Frozen Green Beans, French Style 8 ouncees 1 pound 12 ounces
Minced Dry Onion 2 teaspoons 1½ Tablespoons
Spice Mix 1 teaspoon 1 Tablespoon
Chicken Bouillon Cubes 1 2
Hot Water 1 cup 2 cups



  • 1. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
  • 2. Add spices, onion, and frozen green beans.
  • 3. Cook until tender, using package directions.
  • 4. Drain and serve.
