Jo's Fruit Flip
CACFP: ¾ cup = ½ milk; ½ fruit


Ingredients 6 servings 20 servings
Bananas 1 3⅓
Milk 1½ cups 5 cups
Pineapple Juice ¾ cup 2½ cups



  • 1. Put all ingredients into a blender. (Make in small batches.)
  • 2. Blend on high for 1 minute.
  • 3. Divide into ¾ cup servings and serve immediately, or stir well before serving later.
