Pancakes
CACFP: 2 pancakes = 1 bread


Ingredients 6 servings 20 servings
Biscuit Mix 2 cups 6¼ cups
Milk 1 cup 3⅛ cups
Eggs, medium 1 3



  • 1. Combine biscuit mix, milk, and eggs in large bowl.
  • 2. Mix thoroughly until smooth, using wire whip.
  • 3. Lightly grease griddle with oil or use non-stick griddle.
  • 4. Use ¼ cup measuring cup to pour batter onto hot griddle.
  • 5. Turn pancakes when sides appear dry and bubbles break on top.
  • 6. Keep warm in 200 degree oven until ready to serve.
