Pineapple and Bananas

CACFP: 1/2 cup = 1 fruit
Makes 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • Pineapple Chunks, canned, undrained - 1 1/2 cups
  • Bananas, small - 3

    Directions:

  • 1. Slice bananas and combine with pineapple chuncks and juice.

    Note: This recipe can be made ahead of time. The acid in the pineapple keeps the bananas from turning brown. Cover and refrigerate.
