Scrambled Eggs

CACFP: 2 Tablespoon = 1/2 meat (optional)
Makes 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • Eggs, medium - 3
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Onion Powder - pinch

    Directions:

  • 1. Beat eggs, milk, and onion powder together in large bowl.
  • 2. Preheat non-stick griddle.
  • 3. Pour mixture onto griddle.
  • 4. Stir and mix when egg begins to cook.
