Scrambled Eggs
CACFP: 2 Tablespoon = 1/2 meat (optional)
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
Eggs, medium - 3
Milk - 1/4 cup
Onion Powder - pinch
Directions:
1. Beat eggs, milk, and onion powder together in large bowl.
2. Preheat non-stick griddle.
3. Pour mixture onto griddle.
4. Stir and mix when egg begins to cook.
