Bran Muffins with Fruit
CACFP: 1 muffin = 1 bread

- 1. Make bran muffin batter.
- 2. Chop dried fruit of choice (apricots, dates, etc) or wash fresh blueberries. Mix with batter.
- 3. Spray muffin tins with non-stick vegetable oil spray.
- 4. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full with batter.
- 5. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
