Bran Muffins with Fruit
CACFP: 1 muffin = 1 bread


 
Ingredients 6 servings 20 servings
Fruit 1/3 cup 1 cup

 
  • 1. Make bran muffin batter.
  • 2. Chop dried fruit of choice (apricots, dates, etc) or wash fresh blueberries. Mix with batter.
  • 3. Spray muffin tins with non-stick vegetable oil spray.
  • 4. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full with batter.
  • 5. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
