Cinnamon Toast
CACFP: 1 serving = 1 bread

Margarine, softened |
3 teaspoons |

Bread, whole-grain, thin-sliced |

1&1/2 teaspoons |

Sugar |
1 Tablespoon |
3 Tablespoons + 1 teaspoon |
- 1. Spread 1/2 margarine on one side of bread and place on pan, plain side down.
- 2. Combine cinnamon and sugar and stir until well blended.
- 3. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture onto bread.
- 4. Place bread under broiler for 1 minute or until brown. Watch closely, cinnamon toast burns quickly.
