Cornbread
CACFP: 1 serving = 1 bread

Milk |

Eggs, medium |

Margarine |

- 1. Combine dry ingredients.
- 2. Add milk, eggs and margarine.
- 3. Beat until smooth - about 1 minute.
- 4. Lightly grease cast iron skillet with shortening.
- 5. Preheat skillet in oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
- 6. Pour batter into preheated skillet and bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- 7. Cut into portions equal to number of servings.
