Egg Puff
CACFP: 1 egg puff = 1/2 meat

Milk |

2 cups + 2 ounces |
Dry Mustard |
1/4 teaspoon |

Cooking Spray |

- 1. Grease muffin pans (one muffin container per child) with cooking spray.
- 2. Grate cheese.
- 3. Mix all ingredients with hand mixer.
- 4. Pour 1/4 cup of mixture into each muffin container.
- 5. Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Centers should be firm.
- 6. Let sit for 20 minutes before serving.
- Note: Egg puff can be served on a toasted junior size hamburger bun, English muffin or biscuit to resemble a fast food-type egg sandwich. You could substitute the bun, muffin or biscuit for the toast in this menu.
