Finger Gelatin
CACFP: 1 serving = 1/2 fruit
Ingredients |

Grape Juice, 100% fruit |
12 ounces |
5 cups |
Gelatin |
2 Tablespoons |
5 Tablespoons |
- 1. Dissolve gelatin in juice and boil, stirring occasionally.
- 2. Pour gelatin into flat pan.
- 3. Refrigerate overnight.
- 4. Cut into equal portions and serve.
- Note: This is the only way gelatin can be a reimbursable food on the CACFP. Jello brand gelatin in not reimbursable even when made with fruit juice.
