French Green Beans
CACFP: 1/4 cup = 1/2 fruit/vegetable


 
Ingredients 6 servings 20 servings
Frozen Green Beans, French Style 8 ounces 1 pound, 12 ounces
Minced Dry Onion 2 teaspoons 1&1/2 Tablespoons
Spice Mix 1 teaspoon 1 Tablespoon
Chicken Bouillon Cubes 1 2
Hot Water 1 cup 2 cups

 
  • 1. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
  • 2. Add spices, onion and frozen green beans.
  • 3. Cook until tender, using package directions.
  • 4. Drain and serve.
