Ham and Cheese Pie
CACFP: 1 serving = 1 meat

Spice Mix |

Ham, boneless, canned |
12 ounces |
2 pounds |
Monterey Jack Cheese, grated |
1/2 cup |

Cooking Spray |

- 1. Lightly coat pan with cooking spray.
- 2. Mix eggs, milk, biscuit mix and spice mix together. Mix with beater or blender in smaller portions.
- 3. Shred ham in food processor and put in bottom of pan.
- 4. Grate cheese and sprinkle over ham.
- 5. Pour egg mixture over ham and cheese.
- 6. Bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
- 7. Let sit for 15 minutes before cutting into.
- Note: Just about any cheese will taste fine in this casserole. Mixing some shredded cheddar with the Monterey Jack gives a different flavor.
