Italian Bake

Onions, chopped |

Parmesan Cheese |

- 1. To make tomato sauce, combine first six ingredients in a sauce pan. Simmer for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 2. Cook macaroni as directed and drain.
- 3. Chop onions and put in cast iron skillet.
- 4. Add ground beef, mixing well with onions. Saute until browned, breaking meat into small bite-sized pieces. Drain off fat.
- 5. Place meat and macaroni in baking pan, combine well.
- 6. Add tomato sauce and stir well.
- 7. Sprinkle top with Parmesan Cheese.
- 8. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- 9. Divide into portions equal to number of servings.
