Meatloaf

Ketchup (optional) |

- 1. Mix all ingredients together.
- 2. Using wet hands, press meat mixture evenly into loaf pan(s).
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
- 4. Cut into portions equal to number of servings.
- Note: To give the meatloaf color, spread ketchup over the top immediately after cooking. This also helps to keep the meatloaf moist while waiting to be served.
