Pancakes
CACFP: 2 pancakes = 1 bread

Biscuit Mix |

- 1. Combine biscuit mix, milk and eggs in large bowl.
- 2. Mix thoroughly until smooth, using wire whip.
- 3. Lightly grease griddle with oil or use non-stick griddle.
- 4. Use 1/4 cup measure to pour batter onto hot griddle.
- 5. Turn pancakes when sides appear dry and bubbles break on top.
- 6. Keep warm in 200 degree oven until ready to serve.
