Pimento Cheese Sandwiches
CACFP: 1 sandwich = 1 meat; 1 bread

Worcestershire Sauce |

- 1. Grate cheese.
- 2. Mix cheese, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce with a spoon in large bowl. Do not use blender or mixer.
- 3. Add chopped pimento(s).
- 4. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
- 5. Put 1/4 cup of pimento cheese mixture on each sandwich.
- Note: This mixture tastes best if made one or two days in advance.
