Scrambled Eggs
CACFP: 2 Tablespoons = 1/2 meat (optional)


 
Ingredients 6 servings 20 servings
Whole Eggs, medium 3 10
Milk 1/4 cup 3/4 cup
Onion Powder pinch 1/2 teaspoon

 
  • 1. Beat eggs, milk and onion powder together in large bowl.
  • 2. Preheat non-stick griddle
  • 3. Pour egg mixture onto griddle.
  • 4. Stir and mix when egg begins to cook.
  • Note: Remember to undercook eggs slightly if it is not time to serve them yet. This way they will not be overcooked if you keep them warm in the oven.
