Scrambled Eggs
CACFP: 2 Tablespoons = 1/2 meat (optional)

Onion Powder |

- 1. Beat eggs, milk and onion powder together in large bowl.
- 2. Preheat non-stick griddle
- 3. Pour egg mixture onto griddle.
- 4. Stir and mix when egg begins to cook.
- Note: Remember to undercook eggs slightly if it is not time to serve them yet. This way they will not be overcooked if you keep them warm in the oven.
